Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at LionActive. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 14-day return policy.
 
Returns
 
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Also proof of purchase is required, such as your order number or receipt.
 
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lionactive.com and then follow the instructions for returning your item.
 
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
 
Refunds
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days  for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
 
Exchanges
 
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund following the same process as outlined above.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
 
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Items purchased on clearance or sale.
Personalised or customised items.
Items damaged or altered after delivery.
 
Also certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Underwear 
Swimwear
Bottles
